The hotel has a nice selection of amenities, including a swimming pool and a gym which were both well-maintained. the hotel was located right in the center of the city within walking distance of several major attractions and great restaurants. Lastly, the hotel provided a complementary breakfast which was a nice touch and saved us some money.

The language barrier was a major issue for us. The hotel staff spoke very little English which made it difficult to communicate and obtain the necessary information.

During my Christmas trip to this hotel, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the air conditioning in the rooms. the location was also convenient, close to shops and restaurants. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

Staff communication could be improved to cater to non-native language speakers, limiting the hotel's appeal to a limited customer base.

As for my personal experience, I found the hotel facilities and cleanliness to be superb. The breakfast was decent and the parking facility was convenient. Additionally, the location of the hotel was easily accessible and transportation was readily available. The staff was courteous and gracious towards me at all times.
